I have finally returned to the world of blogging!

It's been a while, and things got crazy with the demands of school and the chaos of life... or is that my excuse?

Yes there is truth to my claim, but also, I was too attached to the unique quality of my photography abroad; I couldn't get myself to post anything else. I would create a new post and delete it seconds later in disappointment. I kept telling myself that my new work just didn't compare to my work abroad. 

 This small example can be compared to the greater scheme of life. Our thoughts control our actions. If we simply think negatively we will have negative results, and be stuck in a paralyzed reality. What if people of our world replaced the majority of their negative thoughts with one that were positive? Imagine how brilliant everyones lives would be! So, its finally time to girl up, and post something. The other day my mom inspired me with her usual words of wisdom by saying...

"You are the only one you can blame for your own disappointment. You have to take responsibility for yourself, because your choices... are your results. Everything in life is a choice, so if your not satisfied, do something to change it." - Debi Henno 

Well, I think its appropriate to start off my new posting life with a cliche metaphor of flower in bloom.
